COURSE OBJECTIVES

This advanced course in aesthetic breast surgery is designed to provide the latest information regarding the planning for augmentation and augmentation mastopexy. Detailed descriptions of surgical technique will be presented to optimize results. The bodylogic breast implant selection system will be described in detail along with the new cutting edge lower pole arc module to allow proper positioning of the inframammary fold and the implant.

Dennis C. HAMMOND – Dr. Hammond completed undergraduate and medical school training at the University of Michigan from 1977 to 1985. He completeed his residency in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery in June of 1990 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He then completed an additional one year post-graduate fellowship in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery in Nashville, Tennessee, followed by an additional one year fellowship in microsurgery and hand surgery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Hammond has been in practice since 1992 in Grand Rapids, with the majorigy of his practice in aesthetic and reconstructive breast urgery and body controuring. He developed the SPAIR techniqus in 1996 and has authored 7 articles and had developed a DVD on the procedure. Dr. Hammond is a member of the ASPS. ASAPS and AAPS. Dr. Hammond lectures extensively within the United States and internationally.
